Grand Professor Week @ cfaed

Main event within cfaed's career development program

Next week cfaed will go through the "Grand Professor Week" again. The GPW is one of the most important tools of the cluster's diverse career development program and is carried out twice a year. The current event will take place from 10 to 14 November 2014. Four of our Grand Professors will be on site: Prof. James Cordy, Prof. Helene Kirchner, Prof. Heinrich Meyr and Prof. Itamar Willner. The upcoming GPW will include an Exhibition and a PhD Students Welcome Day.

The GPW starts on Monday with two scientific talks: Prof. Michael Schröter, cfaed Carbon Path Leader, will talk about "CNTFET-based HF electronics  - State-of-the-art and future prospects". cfaed Grand Professor Itamar Willner will introduce us to “DNA Nanotechnology: From Basic Concepts to Potential Applications”.
